We are now looking for a driven project manager who wants to help create safe, sustainable, and attractive living environments for our tenants. About the role

As a project manager, your task is to be responsible for planning, procurement, and execution of projects with high service and business acumen, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality in the various areas of construction and operations.

Your main responsibilities

• Overall responsibility and project management for maintenance/ROT projects and operational projects.
• Budget and financial responsibility for current projects within the management.
• Responsible for preparing decision-making documents for projects, e.g., FFU, building permit applications, etc.
• Responsibility and follow-up of operational technical systems, reporting faults, ordering repairs/replacements.
• Overall responsibility for water damage and its restoration. Collect documentation for properties for future pipe replacements.
• Inspection of objects before project start.
• Assist the property developer in developing our model for Rosenhem renovations as well as apartment renovations and also assist in negotiations with the tenants' association.
• Follow-up of collaborations with various partners and subcontractors together with the property manager.
• Responsible for the development of existing properties, identifying and generating ideas, concepts, etc.
• Support colleagues mainly regarding property technical matters.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a project manager with a genuine interest in properties and people. We expect you to have broad and in-depth knowledge of project management and construction/property knowledge. You are confident in your leadership, experienced in driving development, and enjoy a role where you can combine business acumen with social benefit.

Qualifications

• Education in real estate or management.
• At least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry and documented experience in project management.
• Documented experience with budget and financial responsibility for projects.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written form and experienced in handling customer dialogues.
• Swedish and English, additional languages are an advantage.
